VIPdesk Recruiting Home-Based Customer Service Professionals and Personal Shoppers to Represent Bluefly.com


Alexandria, VA - January 15, 2010-VIPdesk (www.vipdesk.com) is recruiting home-based Customer Service Representatives ("CSRs") to provide personal shopping assistance and customer care support. These virtual CSRs, known as "Brand Ambassadors", will provide assistance to customers via online chat, e-mail, and telephone. Certification classes for the program will start in February.

VIPdesk is recruiting Brand Ambassadors who are passionate about providing exceptional service to support Bluefly (www.bluefly.com), an online retailer of designer brands, fashion trends and superior value.

Ideal candidates will have online chat experience through personal use or prior work experience. This customer service opportunity, which pays the equivalent of $9-$12/hr, requires candidates to work at least 25 hours/week. While preference will be given to candidates who are available to work between the hours of 11am and 5pm EST, there are opportunities available during evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualified candidates must be able to work at least 25 hours per week. Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, are computer savvy and have the ability to work from their own home office.
