VIPdesk Looking for 150 Home-Based Travel and Customer Service Specialists to Start Work in February

Alexandria, VA – December 21, 2009—VIPdesk, the award-winning provider of home-based customer service and concierge support, is now hiring passionate and experienced travel and customer service specialists to start working in early 2010. VIPdesk is looking for 150 candidates who are passionate about both the travel industry and providing outstanding customer service. These Travel/Customer Service Specialists will support the travel and rewards program for a leading credit card organization, serving as Travel, Rewards, and Benefits experts by assisting and responding to customer/client requests for information via phone and email.

Successful Travel/Customer Service Specialists will have 2+ years customer service and travel experience, as well as 2+ years experience booking domestic and international travel requests via the GDS system, and enough travel-related knowledge to make recommendations to customers. Due to the home-based nature of this job, it is necessary for candidates to be self-motivated, self-disciplined, adaptable, detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for qualified Travel/Customer Service Specialists. Compensation averages up to $12/hour, and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k), and the ability to work from home.
