VIPdesk Promotes Tim Gordon to Senior Vice President, Service Delivery
Alexandria, VA - July 30, 2007 - VIPdesk, a pioneer of premium home-based contact center solutions, today announced the promotion of Tim Gordon to Senior Vice President, Service Delivery. Gordon brings over 20 years of expertise in all facets of operations, particularly as it relates to organizational development and strategic planning, to VIPdesk.
As Senior Vice President of Service Delivery, Gordon is now responsible for ensuring that VIPdesk delivers world class service to its clients. He is tasked with managing all operational aspects of VIPdesk as they relate to delivery of home-based Concierge Services including VIPdesk's communications center; fulfillment methodologies; and establishing, monitoring, and maintaining the corporate quality assurance program.

Gordon received his Bachelor of Arts degree form Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL.
