VIPdesk Appoints Addison Hatch to Senior Vice President, Service Delivery
Alexandria, VA - July 12, 2007 - VIPdesk, the leading provider of premium virtual contact center solutions, today announced the appointment of Addison Hatch as Senior Vice President, Service Delivery. Addison brings over 10 years of experience in operational strategy and design including, workflow management, operational efficiency and performance management to her new position.
Addison is responsible for establishing, administering and managing the day-to-day operations of VIPdesk's virtual contact center operations, as well as providing leadership direction and a strategic vision to the Brand Ambassador community.

Prior to joining VIPdesk, Addison accomplished significant achievements in the brick-and-mortar call center outsourcing while at the NCO Group, ACS (Affiliated Computer Services) and Infonxx. She has grown employee bases from 50 to 1000 in less than one year, both in the US and off-shore, while establishing policies and processes that ensured profitability targets exceeded budget.

Addison, a member of the Call Center Association of the Philippines and the Outsourcing Institute, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College in Davidson, NC and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
