VIPdesk Appoints Heather Massey as Chief Financial Officer

Alexandria, VA - February 23, 2007 - VIPdesk, a pioneer of premium home-based contact center solutions, today announced the promotion of Heather Massey to Chief Financial Officer.

Massey brings over 10 years of financial experience and expertise to VIPdesk. She will be responsible for managing the finance, accounting, and reporting responsibilities of the company. As a member of the VIPdesk executive team, she will also play a key role in strategy development, product pricing, contract negotiations, and business development.

Before joining VIPdesk, Massey worked in finance and business development with companies including Dell and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
