VIPdesk Executive to Speak at Contact Centre Canada's Technology Roadmap Workshop

Contact Centre Canada (CCC) is a non-profit organization that brings together multiple organizations, associations, vendors and consultants in the contact center industry to create a strong workforce to advance the initiatives of the sector. The purpose of CCC's Technology Roadmap Workshop is to discuss contact center technology trends and market requirements from both a vendor and industry perspective.

VIPdesk will present on the customer service representative (CSR) of the future, debating topics to include: machine vs. person; script-based working vs. knowledge-based working; working from home vs. in-office; and using an agent vs. concierge.
