VIPdesk and KSI Partner to Start Virtual Concierge

Residents Of Many KSI Projects to Receive Top-Notch Concierge Service

Centreville, VA, October 6, 2005---VIPdesk, Inc. and KSI announced today they have entered into partnership to provide concierge services to KSI communities. The service is virtual through phone or internet from anywhere in the world.

"We are excited about giving the residents of our apartments and the purchasers of our condominiums virtual service through VIPdesk," stated Rick Hausler, president of KSI. The service will be available to all KSI condo purchasers as well as 6,700 KSI apartment homes.

Services will include recommendations and reservations on dining; all transportation reservations including auto rental, purchase of event tickets, assistance with gift purchases; scheduling household services and much more.

In addition, VIPdesk is set up to handle national and international requests.
