Interval International Announces Agreement with VIPdesk for 24/7 Concierge Services

Ordinary and Extraordinary Member Requests to be Accommodated

Miami, FL, June 24, 2002 – Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company, today announced that it has signed an agreement with VIPdesk, the leading provider of concierge services. The agreement provides access to VIPdesk's services for the company's upgraded membership worldwide and further expands Interval's affinity-building, value-added services and benefits.
