Tim Gordon to Senior Vice President, Service Delivery

Tim is responsible for ensuring that VIPdesk delivers world class service to its clients. He does that by managing all operational aspects of VIPdesk as it relates to the delivery of home-based concierge services. This includes VIPdesk's communications center; request fulfillment methodologies; and establishing, monitoring, and maintaining the corporate quality assurance program. Tim also serves as a liaison between Client Services and Operations, helping develop strategies in order to ensure that clients receive the best possible service while remaining engaged and committed to VIPdesk.

Tim has 20 years of experience in all facets of operations, particularly as it relates to organizational development and strategic planning. He has created coalition programs to increase grassroots awareness, developed campaigns designed to increase organizational growth, and has built, maintained, and developed infrastructure from the ground up. He is a proven leader in growing client relationships through a hands-on communications approach and by being completely accessible. Tim is known for leading strong and vibrant teams, which ultimately reflects in increased customer and client satisfaction.

Tim received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL.
