As President and Co-Founder of VIPdesk Connect™, Sally works with the team leading the execution of VIPdesk’s virtual contact center strategic business plan. Sally focuses her time on new business development and creating solutions for national brand leaders—providing remarkable service for their high-value customers. Sally has more than 20 years experience in premium service delivery, operations, technology and strategic business planning. Sally has a passion for service and considers it a privilege to have the opportunity to support the most remarkable team, clients and customers.
Prior to VIPdesk, Sally led marketing, partner relationships, team management and technology for Capitol Concierge, Inc. Sally and the team grew the company by 500% and celebrated the recognition of numerous awards, including Inc. 500 and Marketing Masters.
Sally is currently a member of The Strategic Coach program and a board member for EO (The Entrepreneurs Organization).
