Sally Hurley, President and Co-Founder, VIPdesk

As President and Co-Founder of VIPdesk, Sally works with the team leading the execution of VIPdesk's client programs and new business planning strategies. . Sally focuses her time on new business development and creating solutions for national brand leaders-- providing premium service for their high value customers. Sally is directly involved in the implementation of all client programs as well as ongoing service delivery performance. Sally has more than 19 years experience in premium service delivery, extensive operational expertise in virtual contact centers, technology and strategic business planning. Sally has a passion for service and considers it a privilege to have the opportunity to support the most remarkable team, clients and customers.

Prior to VIPdesk, Sally led marketing, partner relationships, team management, and technology for Capitol Concierge, Inc., Sally and the team grew the company by 500% and celebrated the recognition of numerous awards, including Inc. 500. Sally is currently a member of The Strategic Coach program and President-Elect for EO (The Entrepreneurs Organization- Washington, DC Chapter).
