Dan Fontaine, Senior Vice President, Technology

Dan leads VIPdesk's technology team to develop and integrate technologies relating to VIPdesk's loyalty solution product portfolio.  Dan's team evaluates and helps define those technologies which meet the specific requirements of VIPdesk's concierge and loyalty solution programs and platforms.  In addition, Dan's team provides operational support for the technology employed throughout VIPdesk and its programs.

Over the course of 15 years, Dan has lead large and small teams to reengineer or create processes and systems to improve quality, efficiency, and customer service.  Prior to Dan's promotion to Senior Vice President, Dan was responsible for developing and integrating the technology to implement VIPdesk's concierge and loyalty platforms.  Dan's new responsibilities allow him to be more intricately involved in key technological developments and innovations at VIPdesk.  Before joining VIPdesk, Dan was a senior software engineer at Lockheed Martin and senior engineer at the Federal Communications Commission.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA.
