Addison Hatch, Senior Vice President, Service Delivery
Addison is responsible for establishing, administering and managing the day-to-day operations of VIPdesk's virtual contact center operations, as well as providing direction and a strategic vision to the Brand Ambassador community as VIPdesk continues to expand its presence in the marketplace.
Prior to joining VIPdesk, Addison achieved great success in the brick and mortar call center outsourcing industry through her leadership skills, operational efficiency expertise, and strategic focus. Addison has grown employee bases from 50 to 1000 in less than one year, both in the US and off-shore, while establishing policies and processes that ensured profitability targets exceeded budget. Addison has over 10 years of experience in general management, workflow management, operational efficiency and performance management.
Addison, a member of the Call Center Association of the Philippines and the Outsourcing Institute, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College in Davidson, NC and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
