The VIPdesk team of over 1,200 professionals working remotely throughout North America and Europe, as well as our 19 globally integrated concierge centres around the world, provide white-glove service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our team comes from the best hotels, fine dining restaurants, and luxury travel companies, resulting in an unparalleled understanding of how to deliver amazing service. A mere 3% of those who pass our comprehensive screening are invited to join our team.  Of those 3%, all have direct hospitality experience, many are bilingual and world travelers, and all have college or advanced degrees.
