Dan's technology team defines, develops and delivers innovative technology solutions and systems that advance the security, reliability and scalability of VIPdesk's programs and platforms. In addition, they provide operational support for the technology used throughout VIPdesk.

• Nearly 20 years experience reengineering and launching solutions and systems to improve quality, efficiency and customer service.
