Team Leader, Concierge
The Team Leader, Conciergeis responsible for providing the day-to-day coaching and team development of the client. The operational aspects of this position include overseeing day-to-day service delivery by providing program expertise, training and coaching to customer service professionals. The Team Leader, Concierge will also conduct quality scoring and provide feedback in the form of coaching and best practice sharing. Additionally, this position will assist in the daily activities of our 24-hour call center, direct in day-to-day remote and central call center activities, interface with customers and vendors as necessary, lead training, and provide ongoing support for team members. This position will be scheduled a certain number of hours weekly to monitor the overall traffic flow of requests via all access channels. This position will have moderate interaction with clients.
